OpArt Lofts Oakville

OpArt Lofts in Oakville, called a “jolt of modernist architectural electricity” by the Globe and Mail, is composed of two white mid-rise towers accented by an exciting abstract pattern of high-contrast, black-framed windows in a nod to the 1960s  Op Art style. The result is a “fresh, chic updating of classical modernism’s solid geometry, and a refined, contemporary play” on the architectural cube.

Inside, the vibrant OpArt visuals extend to the open concepts, spacious designs, quality finishes and appliances in every residence. Experience the conveniences of the concierge service, party room and office space, fully-equipped fitness facilities,  comfortable lounges and attentive property management. Stroll the spectacular gardens; enjoy the view and barbecues on an expansive rooftop terrace.

Outside, indulge in all the benefits of life in a thriving lakeside town, close to vibrant shopping and business districts, with easy access to GO transit, schools, parks and recreation. Hike or bike along the water’s edge.

263 Adelaide Street Toronto

This elegant new skyscraper in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district will be an inspired landmark that takes its design cues from the arc of the vintage building that will remain as its front. Set back from the original facade and soaring to 47 storeys, the tower will be composed of vertical pre-cast curved bands to form undulating waves in a dazzling play of light and shadow, creating an opulent and spectacular surface.

The sumptuous tower will include live/work studios for current tenants on the lower floors; five levels of underground parking; second-storey bike parking; and all the desirable amenities of sophisticated urban living.

Inside, expect the open concepts, spacious designs, quality finishes and appliances of pure modern luxury inside every residence. Outside, enjoy the thriving nightlife, world-class restaurants, shopping, theatres, parks and markets, easy transit options and the conveniences of downtown life.

40 Widmer Street Toronto

This modern downtown architectural tower is designed to integrate the past with the future as it echoes the look of a vintage factory neighbour in its brick and panelled base. It soars to an inspirational 41 glass-walled storeys with wraparound balconies, punctuated with a grid pattern and narrow, vertical black-and-white striping features that transform the historic theme from below to modern above.

Every aspect of this building is intended for the enjoyment of its residents, from street-level views in the comfortable entrance lounge, to a fully-equipped fitness centre with lounges and outdoor terraces, to rooftop landscaping and outdoor pool. Concierge service, guest suites, a pet wash and visitor bicycle area add to the pleasures of the Storey Living experience.

Inside each spacious, light-filled, open-concept residence are the quality details, finishes and appliances of complete luxury living. Step outside into the excitement of Toronto’s entertainment district, with world-class restaurants, shopping, theatres, parks and markets, easy transit options and all the conveniences of urban life.
